Director
Bryce Norris completed his master’s degree in mathematics in 2013 from Murray State after earning a bachelor’s in math education. He has spent nearly a decade as a teacher in various capacities, developing an interest in the intersection of education with psychology and achievement. In addition to math, Bryce loves music. He serves as a worship leader at Hope Harbor Church and looks forward to cultivating a passion for all types of learning and creativity at Harbor Kids.
Associate Director
Susan Davis earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish from Murray State University in 1983. She taught in private Christian schools for 6+ years. She worked with children and adults with disabilities for 8+ years teaching independent living, community access, social/behavioral, and personal care care skills to individuals with developmental delays. She has also worked as a reading tutor for struggling and emergent readers. She currently serves in the Spanish ministry (Iglesia Refugio de Esperanza) at Hope Harbor Church. She loves helping children develop their God-given potential.
Teacher
Grace is a senior at Murray State University studying to become an elementary school teacher. She has enjoyed working with children for over 7 years through child care facilities, school districts, and home nannying. Grace truly has a passion for developing each child’s unique learning style and identity as a child of God.

Kailey is a Spring 2020 Murray State graduate with a degree in Creative Writing and Theatre. She has 6+ years of experience working in daycares/nurseries with ages ranging from infant to elementary schoolers. Her areas of expertise include English Literature, Creative Writing, Stage Acting, and Directing. She works to instill the value of imaginative play and emotional intelligence within the children she teaches.
